Junior Quality Manager (f/m/x)

• Analytical testing for organic/inorganic chemicals and ingredients

• Quality testing for packaging and finished products

• Regular quality inspections on the production floor

• Ingredient’s internal specifications sheet maintenance

• Drafting and controlling out of specification, change control request, non conformance and other technical documents

• Managing sample repository for ingredients, packaging and finished product

• Tracking recall and review management system

• Implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000 and HACCP Standards

• Maintaining quality management system and dashboard (Google Data Studio, Power BI)

• Adhere to project timelines and product development schedule

• Source and validate new raw materials according to internal and external standards

• Ideally holding a master's degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy or any related field with significant experience in quality control or quality management system

• Basic knowledge of analytical techniques and hands-on experience with pH meter, Viscometer, alcoholometer and other basic equipment

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, G Sheets. Data management and data modelling experience is a plus

• Someone who can prioritize, handle multiple projects, and work with various groups within a matrix organization

• Experience working in a laboratory environment

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
